Through writing posts for this blog, I realized that it was overly easy for me to get distracted in what I was talking about or who my intended audience was. As someone who is scientifically minded, and finds joy in the “geeky” side of cooking I often allude to the chemical properties of ingredients which could excite some people (like myself), or utterly repel the others. With that in mind, I am attempting to use a new organized system for blog posts. If you have any suggestions feel free to post them in the comments section!
